At Kiminini Combined FC, the daily routines of our first-team players are designed to prepare them both physically and mentally for the challenges of competitive football. From dawn to dusk, these players—ranging from 17 to 25 years old—commit themselves to rigorous training sessions, technical drills, strategy sessions, and fitness conditioning, all under the guidance of our seasoned technical bench.
The day begins with an early morning workout session to build endurance and strength. This is followed by intensive drills focused on tactical positioning, ball control, and teamwork exercises to ensure players understand their roles on the field. Lunchtime brings a break for nourishing meals that are part of a carefully planned diet, while the afternoon is dedicated to match simulations and strategizing for upcoming games. Through this routine, our first team not only builds skill and resilience but also forms a close bond that drives their spirit on and off the field.
