SUMMARY CLUB PROFILE

Kiminini Combined FC has a total of 30 players with an average age of 21 Years; the youngest age being 17 years and the eldest 25 years.

We have a total of 9 members on the Technical Bench outlined with their responsibilities below:

TEAM MANAGER

  • Supporting the head coach in managing player relationships, morale and discipline.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing team’s logistics.
  • Overseeing training facilities, stadium arrangements, and equipment maintenance.
  • Managing the team’s budget including players’ salaries and travel expenses.
  • Facilitating communication between players and management.
  • Engaging with fans to maintain a positive relationship between team and supporters.

ASSISTANT TEAM MANAGER

  • Supporting the players with non-football related matters such as accommodation, transportation and personal issues.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements etc.
  • Liaising with players, coaching staff to ensure everyone is informed on teams’ objectives.
  • Being ready to step in additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall functioning of the team.

HEAD COACH

  • Developing game strategies and tactics, including formation, player positions and style of play.
  • Selecting the squad for matches, motivating players, managing egos and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Organizing and overseeing training sessions to improve players’ skills, fitness and team cohesion.
  • Studying opponents, analyzing game footage and making in game adjustments to tactics as needed.
  • Identifying talent, nurturing young players and providing opportunities for growth within the team.
  • Identifying potential transfer targets.

ASSISTANT HEAD COACH

  • Assisting in planning and conducting training sessions, focusing on specific aspects of play or individual player development.
  • Analyzing opponents and providing insights to the head coach to aid in game strategy formulation.
  • Collaborating with the head coach to devise set piece routines for attacking and defensive situations.
  • Assisting in scouting potential transfer targets and assessing their suitability for the team.
  • Supporting the head coach in managing player relationships, morale and discipline.
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive team culture, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism and strong ethic.

GOALKEEPER COACH

  • Providing specialized training sessions to develop technical skills of goalkeepers.
  • Designing and implementing training programs to improve goalkeeper’s strength, agility, speed and overall fitness.
  • Working with goalkeepers to prepare for set piece situations including corner kicks.
  • Assisting with the scouting and recruitment of goalkeepers.

TEAM DOCTOR

  • Advising players and coaching staff on injury prevention strategies, including warm up routines.
  • Conducting regular medical assessments of players to monitor their physical condition and identify potential health issues.
  • Managing players’ medication including prescription drugs and supplements.
  • Providing players with information and guidance on health-related topic such as injury prevention, hydration, nutrition and recovery strategies.

KIT MANAGER

  • Ensuring players have necessary clothing and equipment for training session.
  • Washing, drying and organizing the team’s kit to ensure they are clean, presentable and in good conditions for use.
  • Handling minor repairs to kits and equipment’s as needed, or arranging for more extensive repairs.
  • Managing the budget for kit and equipment for away matches.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

  • Assessing and diagnosing injuries sustained during training sessions or matches.
  • Providing immediate medical care for injuries and overseeing the rehabilitation process to ensure players return to full fitness.

VIDEO ANALYST

  • Recording and breaking down and scrutinizing match footage to extract meaningful data that can inform team strategy and individual player development.

We have a Media Team made up of 8 Members as outlined below:
1. A Graphic Designer/ Videographer
2. Marketing Manager
3. Social Media Manager and Content Creator
4. Photographer and Cast team (3 people)
5. Website Administrator


We have the Marketing Manager, Betty Nyage whose key role is to market the team through the Media Department.
